Offer Terms and Conditions - January 2026

• Advertised prices are applicable during the promotional period described below for residential packages ordered by (i) new YouFibre customers, (ii) existing YouFibre customers renewing their contract at the end of their current term, or (iii) existing YouFibre customers upgrading their current speed (subject to availability for upgrades to the 2GB services); and signing up for a new 12-month contract term.
• All offers are subject to our Residential Terms and Conditions
• During the promotional period of 5th January 2026 and 31st January 2026, the price for our 12-month package will be as follows:
  • 8000 Mbps will be £99.99
  • 2000 Mbps will be £34.99
• 1000 Mbps will be £29.99
• 200 Mbps will be £24.99
• After the 12-month minimum term, the price per month will change to the list price, as below:
  • 8000 Mbps package is £109.99
  • 2000 Mbps package is £44.99
  • 1000 Mbps package is £39.99
  • 200 Mbps package is £34.99
• All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• All broadband packages include standard installation and activation.
• All broadband packages include Wi-Fi 7 router as standard - subject to availability
• Prices are fixed for the term of the 12-month contract
• Prices excludes Add-Ons - see Price Book for full details.
• Average speeds are 7000 Mbps on a You 8000 connection, 1800 Mbps on a You 2000 connection, 900 Mbps on a You 1000 connection, and 200 Mbps on a You 200 connection. Speeds are only achievable via a wired ethernet connection at the router and not over Wi-Fi. A device connected via a Wired or Wi-Fi connection is unlikely to be able to achieve the full speeds shown unless the device is compatible with the relevant technology. Wi-Fi Performance will be subject to your in-home setup.
• YouFibre reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute or change to another offer, of equal or greater value.
