We'll 'buy out' what's left of your contract on your current broadband plan. You'll get up to £300 towards the cost of leaving if you sign up for 18 months with us. You'll need to send us a copy of your final bill so we can see the charge due for ending your contract early. It needs to be listed on your bill as a separate item. The bill needs to be in the same name and for the same address as your new YouFibre service. We can't accept estimated early termination fees when processing a contract buy-out. If you’re eligible and your direct debit is active, you’ll be reimbursed directly to your bank account once your YouFibre service is up and running and you’ve paid your first bill.
