You may have heard the news that some broadband providers are raising their broadband bills in 2023, with many companies already notifying their customers to expect ‘price hikes’ of up to 15%*

I wanted to reassure you that this won’t be happening to YouFibre customers.

We know that broadband bills aren’t the only bills that will be rising this year; with energy prices at an all-time high and weekly food shops costing more and more. This is just another unexpected increased cost when many households might already be feeling the stretch of day-to-day living. I’m delighted to say that we won’t be announcing any price rises for customers in contract with us.

YouFibre remains committed to our vision to make broadband as accessible as possible and to ensure everyone using our products, continues to love everything about their service.
