Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions
This referral programme (“Refer a Friend”) is operated by YouFibre Limited whose address is at Unit H The Courtyard, Tewkesbury Business Park, Tewkesbury, GK20 8GD (“YouFibre”, “we”, “our”).
All current YouFibre customers will be in receipt of a unique referral code (“Code”), issued at the time of becoming a YouFibre customer and available within YouFibre My Account portal or App or within marketing emails and promotional communications for Refer a Friend.
Codes are issued for non-commercial purposes only.
To be eligible, you submit an offer to enter into a contractual relationship with YouFibre on these terms and conditions and acknowledge that you do not yet acquire any legal right to a reward until you have received written confirmation of a reward being successful by YouFibre and subject to these terms and conditions. YouFibre reserves the right to reject any request to register for Refer a Friend without giving any reason.
You are strictly prohibited from using paid digital advertising, including but not limited to Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on search engines (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) or paid promotions on social media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram). Sharing on social media platforms using your personal account is permitted.
To be eligible for a successful Refer a Friend reward:
6.1.you must be a current customer of YouFibre;
6.2.the person you refer (the “Referred Person”) must place an order using the Code via YouFibre.com or by phoning 03334439694 - orders placed with our door-to-door field sales team or any other channel won't be eligible;
6.3.the Code must be added to the original order at the time of order placement by the Referred Person - no Codes can be added retrospectively and the Code will not be accepted when used on orders that are cancelled or replaced;
6.4.the Referred Person must sign up to a 12-month contract, subject to https://www.youfibre.com/legal/residential-terms-and-conditions/ - Refer a Friend is not valid for rolling monthly contracts;
6.5.service must be installed and activated in the Referred Person’s home for at least 30 days, and the Referred Person has paid their first full bill;
6.6.your YouFibre account is up to date with no outstanding payments; and
6.7.you acknowledge that you may be asked to participate in publicity or social media posts in connection with Refer a Friend and agree to participate, if asked.
Any misuse or breach of these terms and conditions may result in disqualification and/or rejection of any Refer a Friend pending rewards.
You cannot refer someone in your same household, and you cannot refer yourself if you have, or live at, more than one property.
An email will be sent to both you and the Referred Person if your referral has been successful or rejected.
If successful, payment will be made directly to the bank account we hold on your YouFibre account. Note that it can take up to 60 days to process a successful reward, so please be patient. No interest will be payable on any rewards.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make once you have successfully registered for Refer a Friend.
Refer a Friend rewards cannot be exchanged for alternatives or any other services in any way.
You may not assign or transfer individual or all rights and obligations including any rewards under these terms and conditions.
Refer a Friend cannot be used at the same time with any other promotional offer or any other discount or voucher offered through a partner.
All personal information collected and processed as part of Refer a Friend will be used in accordance with these terms and conditions and YouFibre Privacy Policy.
By registering for Refer a Friend, you are entering into an agreement with YouFibre for an unlimited period of time until terminated, for any reason at any time, by either party by giving (3) days’ notice in writing. YouFibre’s right to terminate with immediate effect if you breach any of these terms and conditions remains unaffected.
While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit YouFibre’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, YouFibre will not be legally responsible to you or any Referred Person for any loss that was not foreseeable, arising out of or in connection with Refer a Friend, or which are caused by a third party.
YouFibre reserves the right to change the Refer a Friend reward or any of these terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion and once such changes are made, they shall be deemed accepted by you with immediate effect.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
