TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This prize draw to win 24 months' free broadband ("Prize Draw"), is promoted by YouFibre Limited, a registered company in England and Wales with registration number 12359292, whose registered address is at Unit H The Courtyard, Tewkesbury Business Park, Tewkesbury, GK20 8GD. ("YouFibre").

By entering this Prize Draw, you are deemed to agree to the terms and conditions set out below ("Terms").

1 How to participate

1.1 In order to enter this Prize Draw, you will need to meet the following requirements:

1.1.1 You must be a YouFibre customer with an active GoCardless Direct Debit mandate and must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

1.1.2 One entry into this Prize Draw will be permitted for each customer updating their Direct Debit details using valid bank information via youfibre.com/myaccount, the YouFibre App, or the link supplied in an email during the Promotion Period as detailed below ( the "Update"). Any Update made by telephone or via any other channel will not be valid for entry.

1.3 In entering this Prize Draw, you confirm your eligibility to do so and to claim the Prize if you are selected as a winner.

1.4 Entry to this Prize Draw is free and no purchase is necessary. Internet access is required.

2 Start & closing dates

2.1 Prize Draw

2.1.1 This Prize Draw will start at 00:00 on 20th April 2026 and the closing date will be at 23:59 on 30<sup>th</sup> April 2026, inclusive ("Promotion Period"). Entries received by YouFibre after this Promotion Period will be void and will not be entered into this Prize Draw.

2.1.2 A successful entry into this Prize Draw will require you to make the Update on or before 23:59 on 30th April 2026 and in accordance with paragraph 1 above. Any orders or Direct Debits cancelled or terminated before theisPromotion Period end date will not be eligible for this Prize Draw.

3 Selection of the winners

3.1 Five winners will be randomly selected from all entries validly received during the Promotion Period for this Prize Draw.

3.2 Each winner will receive a prize of 24 months' of free broadband (the Prize"), subject to these Terms and the standard terms of service.

4 The Prize

4.1 There is no alternative to the Prize.

4.2 The Prize is non-transferable. YouFibre will have no liability for any costs and expenses incurred by any winner in connection with claiming the Prize.

5 Restrictions and requirements

5.1 Employees, agents and representatives of YouFibre and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this Prize Draw.

5.2 It is your responsibility to provide your correct, up-to-date details at the time of entering this Prize Draw in order for their entry to be processed successfully into this Prize Draw. YouFibre cannot be held responsible for your failure to enter accurate information which may affect the processing, notification or delivery of the Prize.

6 Notification of the winners and receipt of the Prize

6.1 Five winners will be randomly selected from all validly submitted entries received during the Promotion Period for this Prize Draw on or around 1<sup>st</sup> May 2026 ("Winner Selection Date").

6.2 YouFibre will notify the winners by email around 14 days or sooner, after Winner Selection Date. Winners must respond within 28 days by email from the date of notification to claim the Prize. It is the responsibility of a winner to claim the Prize within the specified period. YouFibre is not responsible for any winner making a late claim for any reason and YouFibre reserves the right not to reissue the Prize.

6.3 YouFibre reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant which it deems ineligible as a winner for failing to comply with these Terms.

6.4 Each winner will receive the Prize as a credit on their YouFibre account following the next payment date after acceptance of the Prize by a winner. In the unlikely event that a winner does not receive the Prize within the specified period, such winner must inform YouFibre by emailing hello@youfibre.com. YouFibre reserves the right not to reissue the Prize to a winner if they fail to inform YouFibre in accordance with this paragraph 6.4.

6.5 YouFibre reserve the right to recover any Prize awarded to entrants who were ineligible, or where the entrants entered in violation of these Terms.

7 Publicity and personal information

7.1 Unless an objection is received by YouFibre, your personal information may be publicised by YouFibre in connection with this Prize Draw and/or YouFibre services, and in accordance with these Terms and YouFibre Privacy and Cookie Policy.

7.2 If requested by the Advertising Standards Authority., YouFibre will share the personal information of all winners.

8 General

8.1 YouFibre will have no liability for any entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete or undelivered due to technical or any other reason. Proof of submission of an entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt. YouFibre does not guarantee continuous or secure access to <www.youfibre.com>.

8.2 While nothing in these Terms will limit YouFibre's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, YouFibre and its affiliates will not be liable to entrants or winners for any loss (including but not limited to loss of profit, indirect, special or consequential loss), expense or damage suffered or sustained in connection with this Prize Draw or in connection with the acceptance or use of the Prize.

8.3 YouFibre will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these Terms due to reasons beyond YouFibre's reasonable control.

8.4 YouFibre reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend this Prize Draw at any time for any reason.

8.5 If any part or parts of these Terms are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will not be affected and continue in full force and effect.

8.6 If there is inconsistency in these Terms and any other promotional material, these Terms will apply.

8.7 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Direct Debit Update FAQs - New

We've sent you a message about updating your Direct Debit details. You may have some questions about it.

Why are you asking me to update my Direct Debit?

We're upgrading our payment system and over the next few months, we're moving Direct Debit payments from our current payment provider to a new one. Updating your details yourself keeps you in control of your payment information and we'll enter you into a prize draw to show our appreciation for helping us through this change.

Am I eligible for the prize draw?

The prize draw is only open to customers who currently pay via GoCardless and have been invited by email to update their Direct Debit. Check your email invitation for the deadline.

What happens if I update my Direct Debit myself?

The switch happens faster and you stay in control of your payment details. Plus, you'll be automatically entered into a prize draw to win 24 months of free broadband.

How do I update my Direct Debit?

It's straightforward:

  • Log in to youfibre.com/myaccount or your YouFibre app
  • Go to Billing
  • Select Manage Direct Debit
  • Confirm or update your bank details

You can keep your existing bank details or switch to another bank account in your name if you'd prefer.

I don't have a My Account login yet, what do I do?

The easiest way is to click the button in the email we sent you - this lets you update your Direct Debit directly on the YouFibre website. Or, if you'd like to create a My Account login, go to my.youfibre.com/auth/register to sign up and then update your Direct Debit.

Can I change my bank account when I update?

Absolutely. This is a perfect opportunity if you'd like to switch to a different bank account in your name. Just enter your new details when you update your Direct Debit.

What if I don't update by my deadline?

If you don't update your Direct Debit, we'll reach out again before we automatically move it to the new system for you. Your payments will carry on as normal.

Will my payments be affected?

Not at all. Your payments will continue as normal throughout this change, and the amount you pay stays the same.

I've already updated my Direct Debit, am I in the draw?

Yes! If you received an email invitation and updated by the deadline in your email, you're already entered. Nothing else you need to do.

I didn't receive an email, should I update my Direct Debit?

If you haven't received an email from us about updating your Direct Debit, please don't update it.. We're migrating our system in phases and we'll be in touch when it's time to update yours.
