TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This score prediction prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is promoted by YouFibre Limited, a registered company in England and Wales with registration number 12359292, whose registered address is at Unit H The Courtyard, Tewkesbury Business Park, Tewkesbury, GL20 8GD (“YouFibre”).

This Prize Draw is an independent promotion and no sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, association, connection or otherwise is implied to any football team, governing body, association, tournament organiser, or rights holder. All references to the England senior national football team (“England”) and matches relate solely to theWorld Cup in North America in June and July 2026 (the “Tournament”). .

By entering the Prize Draw, you are deemed to agree to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”).

1 How to participate

1.1 To enter the Prize Draw, you will need to meet the following requirements:

1.1.1 you must be a resident of the United Kingdom, Isle of Man or Channel Islands and must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry; and

1.1.2 you must be a follower of YouFibre on the relevant social media platform on which the Prize Draw post is published.

1.2 To enter, you must comment directly on the designated Prize Draw post (“Post”) with your predicted score and the predicted time (to the minute during the relevant match) of the first goal before kick-off of the relevant England match. Only one entry will be valid per person per match.

1.3 Entries submitted after kick-off of the relevant match will be void.

1.4 In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm your eligibility to do so and to claim the Prize if you are selected as the winner.

1.5 Entry to the Prize Draw is free and no purchase is necessary. Internet access is required.

2 Prize Draw schedule

2.1 The Prize Draw runs across all England matches during the Tournament. A Post will go live before scheduled kick-off (UK Time) of each match as follows:

• England vs Croatia — Wednesday 17 June 2026, KO 9pm
• England vs Ghana — Tuesday 23 June 2026, KO 9pm
• Panama vs England — Saturday 27 June 2026, KO 10pm

2.2 If England progress beyond the group stage, further Posts will be published before each subsequent England match, subject to these Terms.

3 Winner selection

3.1 One winner will be selected from the comments of each Post that (i) most closely predicts the correct final score, and (ii) the time (to the closest predicted minute) of the first goal scored in the relevant match.

3.2 In the event that more than one entrant submits identical predictions with the same score and same first goal minute ((“Tied Entries”), the winner will be selected at random from those Tied Entries. .

3.3 YouFibre reserves the right to select the closest predicted entry or from the Tied Entries, at its sole discretion.

4 The Prize

4.1 One winner per Post will receive a YouFibre merch bundle (“Prize”). YouFibre reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable or undeliverable for any reason.

4.2 There is no cash alternative to the Prize.

4.3 The Prize is non-transferable.

4.4 YouFibre will have no liability for any costs and expenses incurred by you in connection with claiming the Prize.

5 Restrictions and requirements

5.1 Employees, agents and representatives of YouFibre and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

5.2 Entries must be made directly by you. Entries made using aliases, fake identities, automated means, or in violation of these Terms will be disqualified.

5.3 It is your responsibility to ensure your social media account is set to public and your comment is visible at the time of winner selection. YouFibre cannot be held responsible for your act or omission in entering the Prize Draw which may affect the processing, notification or delivery of the Prize.

6 Notification of the winner and receipt of the Prize

6.1 The winner will be announced via a social media post on the YouFibre account the day following the relevant match (“Announcement”).

6.2 YouFibre will notify the winner by direct message on the relevant platform following the Announcement. You must respond within 14 days of the notification to claim the Prize. YouFibre reserves the right not to reissue the Prize if you fail to respond within the specified period.

6.3 YouFibre reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant which it deems ineligible as the winner for failing to comply with these Terms.

6.4 YouFibre reserves the right to recover any Prize awarded to entrants who were ineligible or who entered in violation of these Terms.

7 Publicity and personal information

7.1 Unless an objection is received by YouFibre, your personal information may be publicised by YouFibre in connection with the Prize Draw and in accordance with YouFibre’s YouFibre Privacy and Cookie Policy.

7.2 If selected as winner, you acknowledge that you may be asked to participate in publicity and agree to the release of your personal information on YouFibre’s social media accounts and those of its affiliates. Participation in publicity is not a condition of Prize acceptance.

7.3 If requested by the Advertising Standards Authority, YouFibre will share your personal information with them.

8 General

8.1 YouFibre will have no liability for any entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete or undelivered due to technical or any other reason. Proof of posting a comment will not be accepted as proof of receipt of your entry into the Prize Draw by YouFibre.

8.2 While nothing in these Terms will limit YouFibre’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, YouFibre and its affiliates will not be liable to entrants or winners for any loss (including but not limited to loss of profit, indirect, special or consequential loss), expense or damage suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize Draw or the acceptance or use of the Prize.

8.3 YouFibre will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond YouFibre’s reasonable control, including but not limited to match postponements, cancellations, changes to the Tournament schedule, England’s withdrawal or disqualification from the Torunament..

8.4 YouFibre reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Prize Draw at any time for any reason.

8.5 If any part of these Terms is legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

8.6 If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and any other promotional material, these Terms will apply.

8.7 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
