Football Prize Draw

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This prize draw to win free broadband (“Prize Draw”), is promoted by YouFibre Limited, a registered company in England and Wales with registration number 12359292, whose registered address is at Unit H The Courtyard, Tewkesbury Business Park, Tewkesbury, GK20 8GD. (“YouFibre”).

This Prize Draw is an independent promotion and no sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, association, connection or otherwise is implied to any football team, governing body, association, tournament organiser, or rights holder. All references made in this Prize Draw to the England senior national football team (“England”) and its participation and progression in the World Cup in North America in June and July 2026 (the “Tournament”) are solely to identify the relevant match and outcome to determine the Prize (as described in paragraph 4 below) .

By entering the Prize Draw, you are deemed to agree to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”).

1 How to participate

1.1 To enter the Prize Draw, you will need to meet the following requirements:

1.1.1 you must be a resident of the United Kingdom, Isle of Man or Channel Islands and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry; and

1.1.2 you must be an active YouFibre customer at the time of entry and on the Winner Selection Date (as defined in paragraph 4.2 below).

1.2 To enter you must:

1.2.1 leave a comment in response to a designated Prize Draw post published on YouFibre’s social media channels (“Post”). Posts will be published at the following points during England’s participation in the Tournament:

• the announcement post on or around 16 June 2026, ahead of England's first match ("Launch Post");
• Tournament progression update post each time England advances to the next stage of the Tournament ("Update Post"); and
• the final round-up post once England's participation in the Tournament has concluded, whether by elimination or by winning the Tournament ("Closing Post");

1.2.2 answer directly by commenting to each Post which will include an engagement prompt (such as a football related question);

1.2.3 comment only once on per Post; and

1.2.4 have a YouFibre account that is active and not in arrears and your order or service is not cancelled or suspended during the Promotion Period or at the time of the Winner Selection Date.

1.3 You may enter multiple times to the Prize Draw by commenting once to the Launch Post, each Update Post and the Closing Post. To clarify, you can comment on more than one Post but only one comment per Post will count as one valid entry to the Prize Draw.

1.4 Any comment which fail to comply with paragraph 1.2 may be disqualified for the Prize Draw by YouFibre at its sole discretion.

1.5 Comments posted after the Promotion Period (as defined in paragraph 2.1 below) will not be valid and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

1.6 In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm your eligibility to do so and to claim the Prize if you are selected as the winner.

1.7 Entry to the Prize Draw is free and no additional purchase is necessary. Internet access is required.

2 Start & closing dates of the Prize Draw

2.1 The Prize Draw will start on 16th June 2026 on the publication of the Launch Post and the closing date will be as announced by YouFibre on its social media channels following the Closing Post (“Promotion Period”).

2.2 In the event of match postponements, schedule changes of the Tournament or for any other reason, YouFibre may, at its sole discretion, adjust the Promotion Period.

3 The Prize

3.1 The number of months of free broadband (excluding any add-ons) for each prize (the “Prize”) will be determined by England’s ultimate success during the Tournament as follow:

• winning the Tournament — 6 months’ free broadband
• finishing as runners-up — 5 months’ free broadband
• exiting at the semi-final stage — 4 months’ free broadband
• exiting at the quarter-final stage — 3 months’ free broadband
• exiting at the round of 16 stage — 2 months’ free broadband
• exiting at the round of 32 stage — 1 month’s free broadband

3.2 If England exits at the group stage of the Tournament (before the round of 32 stage), then no comments made in response to the Posts will be eligible for entry to the Prize Draw and no Prize will be awarded.

3.3 There is no alternative to the Prize.

3.4 The Prize is non-transferable. YouFibre will have no liability for any costs and expenses incurred by any winner in connection with claiming the Prize.

3.5 Only one person will win the Prize, subject to paragraph 3.2 above.

4 Selection of the winner

4.1 One winner will be randomly selected from all entries validly received across all Posts during the applicable Promotion Period.

4.2 The winner will be selected at random on a date to be announced by YouFibre across its social media channels following its Closing Post (“Winner Selection Date”).

4.3 The winner will receive the Prize, subject to these Terms and the standard terms of service.

4.4 YouFibre’s selection of the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into by YouFibre.

5 Notification of the winner and receipt of the Prize

5.1 YouFibre will notify the winner by email around 7 days or sooner after the Winner Selection Date. The winner must respond within 14 days from the date of notification to claim the Prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to claim the Prize within the specified period. YouFibre is not responsible for the winner making a late claim for any reason and YouFibre reserves the right not to reissue the Prize.

5.2 YouFibre reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant which it deems ineligible as the winner for failing to comply with these Terms.

5.3 The winner will receive the Prize (as determined in accordance with paragraph 3.1 above) from the next payment date after acceptance of the Prize by the winner as a credit on their YouFibre active account. In the unlikely event that the winner does not receive the Prize within the specified period, the winner must inform YouFibre by emailing hello@youfibre.com. YouFibre reserves the right not to reissue the Prize if any winner fails to inform YouFibre in accordance with this paragraph 5.3.

5.4 YouFibre reserves the right to recover any Prize awarded to winners who were ineligible, or where the entries were non-compliant with these Terms.

6 Restrictions and requirements

6.1 Employees, agents and representatives of YouFibre and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

6.2 Entries must be made directly by the individual person entering. Entries made using aliases, fake identities, automated means, or in violation of these Terms will be disqualified.

6.3 It is your responsibility to ensure your comments are visible to YouFibre by enabling the correct settings on your social media account at the time of entering the Prize Draw and during the Promotion Period in order for your entry to be processed successfully into the Prize Draw. YouFibre cannot be held responsible for your act or omission in entering the Prize Draw which may affect the processing, notification or delivery of the Prize.

7 Publicity and personal information

7.1 Unless an objection is received by YouFibre, your personal information may be publicised by YouFibre in connection with the Prize Draw and/or YouFibre services, and in accordance with these Terms and YouFibre Privacy and Cookie Policy.

7.2 The winner acknowledges that they may be asked to participate in publicity activity and agrees to the release of their personal information on YouFibre’s social media channels and those of its affiliates. Participation in publicity is not a condition of Prize acceptance.

7.3 If requested by the Advertising Standards Authority, YouFibre will share each winner’s personal information with them.

8 General

8.1 YouFibre will have no liability for any entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete or undelivered due to technical or any other reason. Proof of posting a comment will not be accepted as proof of receipt of the entry into the Prize Draw by YouFibre.

8.2 While nothing in these Terms will limit YouFibre’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, YouFibre and its affiliates will not be liable to entrants or winners for any loss (including but not limited to loss of profit, indirect, special or consequential loss), expense or damage suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize Draw or in connection with the acceptance or use of the Prize.

8.3 YouFibre will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these Terms due to reasons beyond YouFibre’s reasonable control, including but not limited to match postponements, cancellations, changes to the Tournament schedule, or England’s elimination, withdrawal or disqualification from the Tournament.

8.4 YouFibre reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Prize Draw at any time for any reason.

8.5 If any part or parts of these Terms are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will not be affected and continue in full force and effect.

8.6 If there is inconsistency in these Terms and any other promotional material, these Terms will apply.

8.7 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
