TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This referral rewards prize draw ("Prize Draw"), is promoted by YouFibre Limited, a registered company in England and Wales with registration number 12359292, whose registered address is at Unit H The Courtyard, Tewkesbury Business Park, Tewkesbury, GK20 8GD. ("YouFibre").

By entering the Prize Draw, the entrant is deemed to agree to the terms and conditions set out below ("Terms").

1 How to participate

1.1 In order to enter the Prize Draw, the entrant will need to meet the following requirements:

1.1.1 Entrant must be a resident of the United Kingdom, Isle of Man or Channel Islands and must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

1.1.2 Entrant must be a registered referrer within the YouFibre referral scheme via https://youfibre.aklamio.com/ subject to the general terms and conditions of YouFibre's reward company partner, Aklamio GmbH ("Aklamio").

1.1.3 One entry into the Prize Draw will be permitted for every successful referral. A successful referral is where a person referred by the entrant becomes a new customer with YouFibre by signing up to a new 18-month broadband service ("New Customer") and the New Customer's broadband service remains active on Winner Selection Date (as defined in paragraph 6.1 below). The New Customer must use the referrer's unique referral link to visit YouFibre's website (<www.youfibre.com>) to place their order during the Promotion Period (See paragraph 2.1 below). Only orders placed via the website using the unique referral link will be valid. Any orders placed in person or via any other channel will not be valid for entry.

1.3 In entering the Prize Draw, the entrant confirms eligibility to do so and to claim the Prize if the entrant is selected as the winner.

1.4 Entry to the Prize Draw is free and no purchase by the entrant is necessary. Internet access is required.

1.5 There are no limits to how many successful referrals a referrer can make or how many times a referrer can enter into the Prize Draw.

2 Start & closing dates

2.1 October Prize Draw

2.1.1 The October Prize Draw will start at 00:00 6th October 2025 and the closing date will be at 23:59 on 31 October 2025, inclusive ("Promotion Period"). Entries received by YouFibre after this Promotion Period will be void and will not be entered into the October Prize Draw.

2.1.2 A successful entry into the October Prize Draw will require the New Customer to place their order on or before 31^st October 2025 and in accordance with paragraph 1.1.3 above. Any orders cancelled before Winner Selection Date (as defined in paragraph 6.1 below) will not qualify for the October Prize Draw.

3 Selection of the winner

3.1 There will be 5 monthly winners randomly selected from all entries validly submitted in accordance with these Terms during the applicable Promotion Period.

3.2 Each winner will receive a Prize of £1000 (one thousand pounds), subject to the Terms of the Prize Draw.

4 Prize

4.1 There will be 5 cash prizes of £1000 (one thousand pounds) (each a "Prize") per monthly Prize Draw.

4.2 There is no alternative to the Prize.

4.3 No person may win more than one Prize.

4.4 The Prize is non-transferable. YouFibre will have no liability for any costs and expenses incurred by the winner in connection with claiming the Prize.

5 Restrictions and requirements

5.1 Employees, agents and representatives of YouFibre and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw. Employees of Aklamio, their agents, representatives, immediate families and any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw are also not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

5.2 Entries must be made directly by individual persons entering the Prize Draw. Entries made using aliases or identities, anonymous email services, bulk entries, entries submitted by automated means and all other means to manipulate the Prize Draw or in violation of these Terms will be disqualified.

5.3 It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details at the time of entering the Prize Draw in order for their entry to be processed successfully into the Prize Draw. YouFibre cannot be held responsible for failure by entrants to supply accurate information which may affect the processing, notification or delivery of the Prize.

6 Notification of winners and receipt of the Prize

6.1 Winners will be randomly selected from all validly submitted entries received during the Promotion Period for the October Prize Draw on 15^th December 2025 ("Winner Selection Date").

6.2 YouFibre will notify each winner by email up to 14 days after Winner Selection Date. The winner must respond within 28 days from the date of notification to claim the Prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to claim the Prize within the specified period. YouFibre is not responsible for the winner making a late claim for any reason and YouFibre reserves the right not to reissue the Prize.

6.3 To claim the Prize, winner must provide evidence of identity and eligibility. YouFibre reserve the right to disqualify any entrant as winner if YouFibre deems, at its sole discretion, that the evidence provided is not satisfactory proof of the entrant's identity and eligibility.

6.4 The winner will receive their Prize from Aklamio within 28 days from acceptance of the Prize by the winner. In the unlikely event that the winner does not receive the Prize within the specified period, the winner must inform YouFibre by emailing rewards@youfibre.com. YouFibre reserves the right not to reissue the Prize if any winner fails to inform YouFibre in accordance with this paragraph 6.4.

6.5 YouFibre reserve the right to recover any Prize awarded to entrants who were ineligible, or where the entrants entered in violation of these Terms.

7 Publicity and personal information

7.1 Unless an objection is received by YouFibre, the entrant's personal information (first name and town/city/county of residence) will be processed by YouFibre and its agencies and affiliates in connection with the Prize Draw and/or YouFibre services, and in accordance with these Terms and YouFibre Privacy and Cookie Policy.

7.2 If selected as winner, entrant acknowledges that entrant may be asked to participate in publicity events and agrees to the release their personal information by YouFibre on social media accounts of YouFibre and its affiliates. Participation in publicity events is not a condition of Prize acceptance.

If requested by the Advertising Standards Authority., YouFibre will share the winner's personal information with them.

8 General

8.1 YouFibre will have no liability for any entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete or undelivered due to technical or any other reason. Proof of submission of an entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt. YouFibre does not guarantee continuous or secure access to <www.youfibre.com>.

8.2 While nothing in these Terms will limit YouFibre's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, YouFibre and its affiliates will not be liable to entrants or winners for any loss (including but not limited to loss of profit, indirect, special or consequential loss), expense or damage suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize Draw or in connection with the acceptance or use of the Prize.

8.3 YouFibre will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these Terms due to reasons beyond YouFibre's reasonable control.

8.4 YouFibre reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Prize Draw at any time for any reason.

8.5 If any part or parts of these Terms are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will not be affected and continue in full force and effect.

8.6 If there is inconsistency in these Terms and any other promotional material, these Terms will apply.

8.7 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
