Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Advertised prices are only applicable to new YouFibre customers placing Orders for residential packages within the promotional period defined below.
2. All offers are subject to our Residential Terms and Conditions. Capitalised terms used in this Offer Terms and Conditions shall bear the same meaning as set out in the Residential Terms & Conditions (as updated) unless otherwise defined.
3. During the period from 3rd April 2025 until the 21st May 2026 (the “promotional period”), the price for our 18-month Fixed Term Package will be as follows:
   • 8000 Mbps will be £99.99
   • 2000 Mbps will be £49.99
   • 1000 Mbps will be £33.99
   • 500 Mbps will be £30.99
   • 150 Mbps will be £24.99
4. After the expiry of the 18-month Fixed Term, the price per month will revert to the list price advertised for existing customers at that point in time. As of today, the list price for these packages are:
   • 8000 Mbps package is £129.99
   • 2000 Mbps package is £64.99
   • 1000 Mbps package is £43.99
   • 500 Mbps package is £40.99
   • 150 Mbps package is £34.99
5. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
6. All Fixed Term Packages included in this offer during the promotional period include a £0 Standard Installation Charge.
7. Average speeds are 7000 Mbps on a You 8000 connection, 1800 Mbps on a You 2000 connection, 900 Mbps on a You 1000 connection, 500 Mbps on a You 500 connection and 150 Mbps on a You 150 connection. Average speeds, achievable by 50% of users. Speeds are only achievable via a wired connection at the router and not over Wi-Fi. A device connected via a Wired or Wi-Fi connection is unlikely to be able to achieve the full speeds shown unless the device is compatible with the relevant technology.
8. YouFibre reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute or change to another offer, of equal or greater value.
