Advertised prices are only applicable to new YouFibre customers placing orders for residential packages within the promotional period described below.

During the promotional period of the 1st until the 12th of December 2022, the price for our 18-month 1000Mbps package will be £29.00 per month with the first 3 months free. The 150Mbps package priced at £19 per month with 1 month free. After the 18-month minimum term, the price per month will revert to the list price advertised for existing customers at that point in time. As at today, that list price for our 1000Mbps package is £50 per month and 150Mbps package is £30 per month.
The free periods for the package stated above will not increase the contract length and are not ‘trial’ periods. A full 18-month contract will apply.
Free periods will not apply to any add ons except the YouMesh product which is part of the YouFibre 1000 + YouMesh package.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
All broadband packages include free standard installation and activation.
Average speeds listed are achievable by at least 50% of users on a wired connection at peak times. WiFi speeds may vary.
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offer.
YouFibre reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute or change another offer for it, of equal or greater value.
Orders made during the offer period will qualify for our Christmas prize draw. Separate terms and conditions apply for the Christmas prize draw which are as set out below:

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions: Broadband that’s nice, not naughty Prize Draw
- To participate in this prize draw you must have met the following conditions:
a. You must have ordered our 18-month 1000Mbps or 150 Mbps package between 1st – 12th December 2022
b. Be a live installed customer by 22nd December 2022
c. And/or referred a neighbour who meets the above criteria

d. Correctly answered the qualifying question sent to you before 11:59pm on the 22nd December 2022
All customers who meet the qualifying criteria will receive the qualifying question via email 48 hours after the promotion end date (12th December 2022). We would advise all entrants to check their email and junk folders around this period.
All entries must include your name, email address, postal address and telephone number.
Entries that do not comply with these promotion rules will be void and not be entered into the prize draw.
This promotion will start on 1st December 2022. The closing date for entry to the prize draw will be at 11:59am on 12th December 2022. Entries received by YouFibre before or after this time will be void and not be eligible for the prize draw.
There will be only one winner of the prize draw.
The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all the entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The winner will be selected before the 23rd December 2022.
The winner will only be able to claim their prize once they are an install live customer or their referred customer is an installed live customer.
If the winner or referred customer is not an installed live customer before 22nd December 2022, they forfeit their right to the prize and another winner will be declared.
The prize is a £500 Amazon Gift Voucher which will be delivered by email.
YouFibre does not accept responsibilities on arrival of the voucher when erroneous contact details have been submitted.
There is no alternative prize.
The prize is not transferable and does not include any additional costs and/or expenses e.g. network credits, reimbursements or similar.
Prize cannot be transferred for cash, other vouchers or any other costs or expenses.
Employees of YouFibre and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the prize draw.
YouFibre will notify the winner by email, telephone or post or YouFibre will confirm the dispatch of the voucher within 48 hours of the successful installation date.
YouFibre reserve the right to decide to make all decisions relating to the prize and YouFibre’s decision is final.

You agree to be approached to take part in a ‘winner’s announcement’ on social media or similar marketing channels owned by YouFibre and its partner organisations.
