Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions
1 How to participate
1.1 In order to enter this promotion, you will need to:
· Follow us on Facebook;
· Like the post we make available to you;
· Tag a friend in the comments section; and
· Sign up as a lead on our website by entering your details (full name, address, email & phone) at https://www.youfibre.com.
1.2 All entries must include your name, email address, postal address (including postcode), and telephone number.
1.3 Entries that do not comply with these promotion rules will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
1.4 Only customers living in Peterlee, Spennymoor & Durham with the following postcodes are eligible for the promotion.
1.5 You may only submit one entry to this promotion.
2 Start and closing dates
This promotion will start on 24 May 2021. The closing date for this promotion will be at midday on 20 June 2021. Entries received by the promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
3 Selection of the winner
3.1 winner will be selected live on the YouFibre Facebook at 16:00 on Sunday 20th June 2021.
3.2 The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
4 Prize
4.1 The prize is as follows: 1 x LG OLED55CX6LA 55" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR OLED TV, 1 x Sony PS5 PlayStation 5 (UK Plug) Blu-ray Edition Console and 1 x free years YouFibre 1000.
4.2 There is no alternative prize.
4.3 The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses.
5 Restrictions and requirements
5.1 Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply: eligible entrants must live in one of the following post sectors (DH1 1, DH1 2, DH1 3, DH1 4, DH1 5, DH6 1, DH6 2, DH6 4, DH6 5, DH7 7, DH7 8, DL16 6, DL16 7, DL17 0, DL17 8, DL17 9, SR8 1, SR8 2, SR8 3, SR8 4, SR8 5, TS27 4, TS28 5)
5.2 The 1 x free year YouFibre 1000 service will be provided subject to our Residential Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between our residential Terms and Conditions and these terms, these terms shall prevail.
5.3 In circumstances where we are unable to provide you with the 1 x free year YouFibre 1000 service because we are not yet providing a service in your post sector, we may provide you with a substitute prize in the form of a voucher or another prize of equivalent value at our discretion.
5.4 Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.
6 Notification of the results and receipt of the prize
6.1 The promoter will notify the winner by email, telephone or post on or before 30th June 2021.
6.2 The winner will receive their physical prizes described in clause 4.1 on or before 31st August 2021. The 1 x free year’ YouFibre 1000 prize will only be redeemable by you when we are able to provide service in your post sector .
7 Publicity and personal information
7.1 We will collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
7.2 The surname and county of the winner will be published at https://www.youfibre.com for one month after the closing date.
7.3 If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the promoter a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion.
7.4 You acknowledge that you may be asked to participate in publicity if you are selected as a winner.
8 General
8.1 This promotion is operated by YouFibre Limited whose address is c/o Sherbornes Solicitors Ltd, 4 Royal Crescent, Cheltenham, England, GL50 3DA.
8.2 While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.
8.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
8.4 Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. As this clause is non-exclusive, you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
