Participants in this promotion are entitled a free broadband installation and service for a period of one month.
2. How to participate
2.1 In order to be eligible, you just need to sign up to a YouFibre 1,000Mbps rolling contract for one month and enter code “1FREEMONTH”.
2.2 You may terminate you contract any time before or on the 30th day of live service without penalty or further obligation to us by contacting is via calling 0800 2700 000.
2.3 If you do not terminate your contract with us before or on the 30th day of live service, the contract will become a rolling one and the price for our service will automatically revert to £55 (including VAT) per month, subject to your right to terminate the contract on 30 days’ notice (as per current monthly rolling contracts).
2.4 If you wish to agree a longer-term contract with us, you can take advantage of the current offers on our website (which are at a reduced charge, currently £25 per month for 12 months then £50 thereafter) and you are entitled to switch your rolling contract to the cheaper long-term rate.
Only prospective customers eligible for a standard free installation are entitled to participate in this promotion. Customers requiring a non-standard installation involving, for example, civil works or the installation of a new socket at your home or premises which is more than 10 meters from your entrance will not be eligible. We can tell you whether you are eligible by carrying out a free survey at your home.
4. Start and closing dates
This promotion will start on 1st June 2021 and will continue for an initial period of 2 months. Entries received by the promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion. We may end the promotion before this time at our discretion.
5. Restrictions and requirements
5.1 Any service provided will be subject to our Residential Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between our residential Terms and Conditions and these terms, these terms shall prevail
5.2 We will be providing you with broadband equipment as part of the installation which you will need to return to us in accordance with our Residential Terms and Conditions if you terminate the contract prior to the end of the free service month and fail to return the equipment to us, we are entitled to charge you for the cost of such equipment in accordance with our Residential Terms and Conditions.
5.3 Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.
6. Personal information

7.2 Our liability to you is subject to the liability terms set out in our Residential Terms and Conditions.
7.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
