Offer Terms and Conditions:

1. Advertised prices are only applicable to new YouFibre customers placing orders for residential packages within the promotional period described below.

2. All offers are subject to our Residential Terms and Conditions

3. During the promotional period of the 16th December 2022 until the 15th January 2023, the price for our 18-month 1000Mbps package will be £32.00 per month with the first 3 months free. The 500Mbps package priced at £30 per month with 3 month free. After the 18-month minimum term, the price per month will revert to the list price advertised for existing customers at that point in time. As at today, that list price for our 1000Mbps package is £50 per month and 500Mbps package is £40 per month.

4. The free periods for the package stated above will not increase the contract length and are not ‘trial’ periods. A full 18-month contract will apply.

5. Free periods will not apply to any add ons except the YouMesh product which is part of the YouFibre 1000 + YouMesh package.

6. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

7. All broadband packages include free standard installation and activation.

8. Average speeds listed are achievable by at least 50% of users on a wired connection at peak times. WiFi speeds may vary.

9. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offer.

10. YouFibre reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute or change another offer for it, of equal or greater value.
