What will happen on the installation day?

Your engineer will arrive during the agreed timeslot in a YouFibre branded van, wearing YouFibre clothing, and carrying ID – just give us a call if you’d like to check their identity.

Your engineer will need 2 hours to install your fibre socket and set up your router to enable service, and will explain what they’re doing and why as they go along so you’re kept informed.

Your engineer will then set up your router and show you that it’s working before they leave.
