How should I leave things when I move?

If you’re moving home and taking us with you, pack up your node(s) and bring the with you to your next property – we’ll use them when we get you reconnected.

If you’re moving home and we’re saying goodbye, just give us a call and we’ll collect the hardware but leave the fibre socket in place.
