How do I move my YouFibre service to my new address?

Get in touch with customer services and we’ll try to reduce any difficulties moving can cause to your service.

We’ll need to treat you as a new customer, so you’ll need to place a new order but our customer service team can guide you through this. Please bear in mind your new address may not already be connected to our network so we may need up to 14 days to get you connected.

Unfortunately we cannot provide service if you move outside of a YouFibre area – we’ll be sad to see you go.
