Can I change my plan?

If you’re on a monthly rolling commitment you can change your plan by giving us at least 30 days’ notice. The change will be reflected at the end of the notice period.

If you’re in a 12 month contract to lock in the best price, you can switch to a higher/lower speed package during your contract. Please note the 12 month commitment for your new package will start on the date we begin providing your new package.

You can add our YouPhone service to your plan at any time.
